Adam Lambert to Perform at “Pittsburgh Pride”

So I bitched enough about Adam Lambert not performing in the USA and as if by magic, he is coming to ME for PITTSBURGH PRIDE on Saturday June 15, 2013 on Liberty Avenue between 9th and 10th Streets.  Gates open at 5:30 and Adam performs around 9PM.  From what I hear there is a “pit” area for 100, but I’m not sure if it’s up front.

While attending the Three Rivers Arts Festival last year, I “accidentally” attended 2012′s Pride Day.  I wrote a blog about “My Big Gay Day in Pittsburgh” clueless that it was a way for the Universe to prepare me for His Royal Hotness to enter my Mad World.

Adam was the runner-up on American Idol Season 8 and performed with the Idol’s tour here in Pittsburgh on August 22, 2009 (read a hilarious recap here) and hasn’t been back since.  The Glam Nation Tour started in Wilkes-Barre, PA which is about 6 hours heading east and came to Erie, 2 hours north, but passed on Pittsburgh for some reason.  One of the reasons I love attending Adam concerts is to meet the Glamberts, (print your Glambert card here) and because he’s never come here I’ve only had the privilege of meeting a couple of fans.  That is sure to change now because I am planning “The Glambassador’s Bash” for the day of the concert.  Click on the text below to access the page and make reservations.

The very things that give Pittsburgh its beauty (the hills, rivers and bridges) also make it difficult to navigate.  As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, former owner of Premier Bride Magazine, former account executive for Pittsburgh Parent Magazine, and most of all a lifelong resident, I consider myself an expert on where to stay, what to do and how to get around in Pittsburgh.  I am posting links here.  But if you need personal advice, leave a comment stating the type of info you need or email me at Lolpsychic@gmail.com.  If you live in the Pittsburgh area and can provide information, wish to help plan the party or want to meet me in advance, please email me as well.  My goal is to make Pittsburgh a place that Adam wants to visit often.

ADAM HAIRCUT UPDATE

I had half my head shaved when Adam annouced the Glam Nation Tour (just said “tour” on TV).  I had a very similar hairstyle in 1988.  When Adam shaved half his head during Glam Nation, I insisted it was because he saw me.  Now he’s coming to Pittsburgh (to see me, LOL) and he wants to look like me.  He just got buzzed.
